About me
Who is Jen Stevenson?
I am originally from New Jersey and after moving to Virginia in my late teens, that is when my payroll career started. What was just answering phones quickly became an opportunity to learn payroll. That was all she wrote. My love for payroll grew and I went on to work for a bigger payroll company.
After seeing many small businesses shutter over years because they could not keep up with the high costs of payroll processing and the lack of communication between payroll companies and the business owners, in 2013, I decided to go out on my own and that's how Jen Stevenson Payroll started. I had 1 client in July of 2013. Today Jen Stevenson Payroll has more than 70 Clients and still growing.
In 2016 my family and I moved to the suburbs of Charlotte, NC. We happily reside in a small town called Waxhaw, just south of Charlotte. I am a member of the American Payroll Association, the Union County Chamber of Commerce and the Waxhaw Business Association.
Jen Stevenson Payroll is and will continue to support businesses of all sizes, even if it is just 1 employee, S-Corporation or over 100 employees. We have you covered!
